Pando Tree Company accepts only the best for your trees and we accept only best for our team. Your estimates will always be conducted by a company owner, and there will always be at least one owner on site conducting your work.

Ryan Quinn

Owner/Arborist

Ryan began working with trees in Wisconsin in 2015. When he moved to Utah he worked for a few tree services and wasn't happy with their ethos, personnel, or practices. He started Pando to bring high quality and cutting edge tree care practices to the Wasatch Front. He is passionate about serving our urban canopy and puts the interest of the tree first.

DJ Tanner

Arborist

Born and raised in Utah, DJ has always had a deep connection to the outdoors. His passion for nature was further cultivated during the seven memorable years he spent working in Skagway, Alaska. With a lifelong love for the natural world, DJ began his career as an arborist three years ago and has been dedicated to it ever since. His expertise and enthusiasm for trees and the environment shine through in his work, making him a trusted professional in the community. DJ enjoys the simple pleasures of life and lives with his wife, adorable baby Wesley, and their dog.

Josh Orton

ISA Certified Arborist*

Josh began working in the tree care industry in 2015 here in northern Utah where he quickly developed a deep-rooted love for trees and their care. During the process of completing a two-year ISA training program, he honed his skills in tree care, pruning, climbing, rigging, and safety protocols. Upon completion of the program Josh obtained and held an ISA certification for six years. Beyond arboriculture, Josh's interests extend to wood carving and bonsai care, reflecting his dedication to the artistry of tree maintenance.

Jodi Stromberg

Secretary

Jodi grew up in Ogden and loves it! She is frequently hiking in the mountains on our local trails with her dog and might be answering your call from the mountains. Jodi has 7 wonderful grandchildren and loves to play guitar and sing.

Wade Dittburner

Alumni

Wade began practicing arboriculture in Wisconsin in 2017. Since then, he has traveled around the country climbing and mountaineering, working for different tree care companies along the way. He has decided to plant roots here in the Wasatch range for the wonderful mountains and diverse species of trees that make up the urban canopy. Working for Pando, he is excited to provide the highest level tree care available today.

Patrick Roche Alumni

Patrick was born and raised in Wisconsin and developed a passion for the outdoors at an early age. Family camping trips inspired a desire to learn about and interact with the natural world as much as possible.

Patrick studied geology and geophysics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After 4 years of working in they environmental consulting industry, Patrick decided to move to Utah and pursue arboriculture as a new career path.

When he is not working Patrick enjoys reading, playing the guitar, and pursuing various outdoor hobbies.

John Cleveland

Alumni

John Cleveland moved to Utah in 2020 after retiring from a career in law enforcement. He and his wife have a deep appreciation for nature and strive to be good stewards of our planet. He has a Bachelor of Business Management from Huntingdon College. John enjoys the challenge of tree work and the reward of leaving a property in a healthier state. "Plus, we have the most beautiful office views in Utah!"
